Kimball Design's Bold Look for Artisanal Condiment Has Competitors Playing Catch-Up

Retail consultancy Anton Kimball Design has crafted a bold new look for Fine Vines Artisanal Ketchup. The studio created the logo and branding for 12 delicious flavors, such as Sriracha and Roasterie Coffee. Kimball will create a trade show booth for Fine Vines, which can be seen (along with +100 of Kimball's package and booth designs) at the 2014 Summer Fancy Food Show.

Portland, OR, June 06, 2014 --(PR.com)-- In anticipation of the growing demand for delicious specialty condiments, retail consultancy Anton Kimball Design has crafted a distinctive new look for Fine Vines Artisanal Ketchup. The studio developed the logo and branding for the company’s 12 mouthwatering flavors, which include Black Truffle, Sriracha, and Roasterie Coffee – a ketchup that derives its savory, smoky profile from single-origin Ethiopian Sidamo coffee beans.

Bruce Steinberg, president of Kansas City-based Fine Foods of America, “cooked up” the unique line to ignite enthusiasm in a category that, until recently, has been dominated by a handful of national brands. Kimball’s work distinguishes Fine Vines from the major players with the use of elegant custom lettering, handsome signatures for individual flavor designations, and rich colors that imply detailed and nuanced flavors. The reusable 8-ounce jars encourage consumers to enjoy the products in new and unexpected ways — not only as a refined sandwich spread, but also as a tantalizing glaze, a flavorful dipping sauce, or as an epicurean cooking ingredient.

The new packaging, created for nationwide US distribution — as well as for bilingual Canadian markets — is designed for maximum visual impact when displayed together on retail shelves, immediately identifying the brand as the premium offering in the condiment category. Kimball Design has been retained by Fine Vines to create additional marketing materials and a trade show booth, which will be exhibited at the upcoming 2014 Summer Fancy Food Show.
