James Goldstein Gets Camilo Him’s Big Shows Prints

NBA Superfan and Fashion Lover James Goldstein’s gets Camilo Him’s Big Shows prints for his iconic LA home by architect John Lautner.

New York, NY, June 05, 2014 --(PR.com)-- James Goldstein who travels religiously to all the New York, London, Milan, and Paris fashion shows fittingly got two of Camilo Him’s aluminum prints from his Big Shows photo collection. Big Shows is a retrospective photo series that celebrates New York Fashion Week in the 1990's.

James Goldstein, a man simply known for his love of fashion, architecture, and basketball can now visually convey 2 of his lifelong passions at his iconic home in Los Angeles. Known as the Sheats Goldstein Residence, the original house was built by architect John Lautner in 1963. The house also features an installation by light artist JamesTurrell entitled: “Skyspace.” The property is currently undergoing an expansion that includes a tennis court and a club area.

James Goldstein attended Camilo Him's Big Shows exhibit in February 2013 at the Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts during Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. He also joined top fashion designers and other celebrities in the signing of his prints which were donated to Saint Jude Children's Research Hospital for auction.

Designers who participated in the signing included: Anna Sui, Carolina Herrera, Ralph Rucci, Carmen Marc Valvo, Rebecca Minkoff, Dennis Basso, Lubov Azria (BCBG/Herve Leger), Zang Toi, Naeem Khan, Vivienne Tam, Reem Acra, Custo Barcelona and Mara Hoffman among others. Some of the celebrities included: Karlie Kloss, Sandra Bernhard, Selita Ebanks, Eve, Nana Meriwether and Sean Young.
