Bill Berning's Triangle Realty Team Joins the National Great Home Giveaway

Raleigh, NC, June 16, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Local Realtor, Bill Berning, Joins Hundreds of Agents across the Country in the first ever “Great Home Giveaway.”

Bill Berning of Triangle Realty Team is one of many of real estate agents on a national level to participate in “The Great Home Giveaway” sweepstakes that will allow Raleigh area citizens to enter for a chance to win one of sixteen $10,000 down payments, and one $100,000 grand prize to be used towards the purchase of their new home.

The contest officially started on June 11th, 2014 and home seekers may enter now through January 31st, 2015. The first $10,000 down payment will be awarded in early July. The $10,000 down payments will continue to be given away every two weeks, until the end of December. The Grand Prize winner will be announced in early February 2015.

A total of 17 prizes will be announced throughout the year. Home seekers should register as soon as possible for the most opportunities to win.

This is the first time that realtors from across the country have joined forces in order to give away such a substantial prize. All realtors involved are excited to offer this to their clients, and Bill hopes one of the winners will be right here in Raleigh, NC.
