Oil, Gas & Petrochemicals Industry to Aim at Addressing Challenges in HSE

Taking place in Malaysia on 19-21 August 2014,the 4th Annual HSE Forum in Oil, Gas & Petrochemicals will bring together health, safety and environment experts, policy makers, regulators and solutions providers from across the globe.

Human factors are considered to be the most frequent cause of high potential incidents and the second-highest cause of fatalities in the industry. The HSE industry in the oil, gas and petrochemicals sector views HSE issues differently now than it did a decade ago. HSE was once thought of as an unattractive cost to a project, now attention to these issues is considered critical.

The best and modern approaches to risk assessment and management, from workplace hazards to major HSE risks in the industry will be the focal point of discussion amongst industry experts participating at the 4th Annual HSE Excellence Forum in Oil, Gas & Petrochemicals taking place on 19 – 21 August 2014 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
