Bruce Wayne Henion: At the age of 48, Mr. Henion has been a C5/C6 Quad since February 5, 1985 when he fail from a roof and broke his neck. Unable to use his fingers, Bruce has written many books on the Environment and Natural Resources, Renewable Energy Technologies, Energy Quest Energy Efficient Devices and Products, Planned Community Districts, Energy, Trucking issues, INS and Illegal Aliens and Energy Quest. The California Energy Commission uses the EQNEEDFs books name Energy Quest. Bruce wrote his first two books when he was in the U. S. Navy in 1980 and 1982. Presently Mr. Henion is involved in steel construction and wheel chair accessible duplexes to include designing a manufacturing process for steel framed homes.
