Cheer Channel Inc. First Crush debuted with an official, 1-hour Twitter Viewing Party sponsored by Tulip Body Art and reached over 105,000 individual accounts and 335,550 tween and teen overall impressions. The trailer released on May 30th, hit with a season of record views in its first week reaching over 16,500 and opening week of episode 1 views hit over 19,200 for a combined, two week showing of more than 50,000 views.
Episode 2 begins with a week of Lexi and her mysterious new boyfriend texting back and forth. Lexi is finally ready to meet Josh in person. Lexi asks her teammate, Corey to keep her romance, a secret as she hiding to everyone since she has never actually met him in person. Corey cautions Lexi on the dangers of the internet and is concerned for her safety. At practice, Hannah and Emily can't help but notice that Emily is always on her phone and appears distracted. Lexi reluctantly reveal she has a first crush with a boy named Josh and she hides a few facts in the process. Meanwhile, Josh does something that both disappoints and surprises Lexi.
