Babya Joins OpenDocument Format Alliance

Gold Coast, Australia, October 21, 2007 --( Babya today announced that it has become an official member of the OpenDocument Format Alliance.

Babya supports the benefits of the OpenDocument Format-as it is an open standard, and not proprietary and recently introduced a new version of Babya E-Type that supports this format.

The alliance launched in March 2006 and now includes more than 460+ member organizations in 53 countries - IT companies, governments, trade associations, universities, and library and archival groups dedicated to advancing the Alliance mission of educating policymakers, IT administrators and the public on the benefits and opportunities of ODF.
