HR Technology Advisors Adds 18 New Benefits Broker Partners

Rapidly Changing HR and Benefits Technology Market and Private Exchanges Leading to Rapid Growth

Wrentham, MA, July 19, 2014 --(PR.com)-- HR Technology Advisors (HRT), a leading HR and benefits technology consulting firm, announces the addition of 18 new benefits brokerage partners with over 60 locations throughout the U.S. collectively. The benefit firms will access HRT consulting services along with Private Health Exchange options and preferred technology vendor access. The new partners include independent local employee benefits firms, regional locations from national benefits firms, and two larger regional organizations. These partners were added over the past 4 months and join the over 225 benefits firms using HRT products and services.

“Web and mobile technology solutions are impacting the benefits business much like other industries,” says Joe Markland, HRT’s President. “Our rapid growth is the result of the need by benefits brokers to meet the demand for such technologies in the employer market.”

According to a recent HRT study, there is not only a rapid growth in employer demand to automate their HR, but the types of technology solutions they are looking for is shifting. In 2013, HRT engaged 330 employers and found 90% looking for a solution that included functionality to manage HR and benefits or HR, benefits, and payroll in a single system. According to Markland, “This is a clear sign that the market is changing from employers looking for best-in-class solutions to a more simplified single database to manage their HR, benefits, and payroll.”

John Jakiemiec, President of Northgate Benefits, validated this market change. “We partnered with HRT because they have predicted this market change for some time and built a model that supports this change. HRT provides us the differentiation we need to compete in the market.”
