Webster Hall Welcomes Foxygen, Aer & Dizzy Wright, as Well as Two Nights with Capital Cities for Fall 2014

Tickets for all dates went on sale Friday August 1st at 10AM.

New York, NY, August 02, 2014 --(PR.com)-- All three Major acts will be performing in the Grand Ballroom at Webster Hall. Foxygen will be the first of the three acts to play here on October 9th, 2014. The show will be presented by WFUV radio. Foxygen who has been described as “’60s pop meets mid-’00s indie sensibility” consists of Sam France and Jonathan Rado. The duo from L.A. came up with the name Foxygen when they were still in High School. Tickets on sale as of Friday at 10AM.

Tickets for Aer & Dizzy Wright will also be on sale Friday at 10AM. Aer, comprised of David von Mering and Carter Schultz. The guys are originally from Wayland, MA combine various styles of music, rap, reggae, pop and indie rock. Some achievements include being featured on “the NFL Network, an Etnies advertisement featuring Ryan Scheckler and three episodes of MTV’s The Real World.” Post their success since “The Bright Side” they have been focusing on recording fresh music.

Dizzy Wright, will also be performing with them on October 18th, 2014. Dizzy Wright’s success of “The Golden Age” and his most recent release “State of Mind” has really brought up his followership and put him on the map. At just 21 years old, Dizzy Wright has proven himself a vital player in the rap genre. This date is a co-headline show on their “House Party Tour.”

Capital Cities, who became a household name for their hit “Safe and Sound,” will be performing 2 nights with Webster Hall on October 29th and October 30th. Ryan Merchant (vocals, keyboards) and Sebu Simonian (vocals, keyboards) got together back in 2008 and have made charting hits since with their EP’s “Kangaroo Court” and self titled “Capital Cities.” Support on this date will be with Sneaky Sound System and The Night Terrors of 1927.
