Inkcups Now Introduces BT Series Opaque Pad Printing Ink

High gloss, easy to process, all purpose, one or two component screen/pad printing ink.

Danvers, MA, August 06, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The BT series pad printing ink is extremely versatile and works exceptionally well screen or pad printing on flexible key fobs, ABS, vinyl products and Styrofoam. The extreme opacity of the BT series allows it to work well on translucent items, more so than any other ink line. The BT series can be used as a one or two component ink, therefore whenever the need for higher abrasion resistance arises, the 1000H hardener may be added.

The BT series can be used as either a screen or pad printing ink. One of BT Series’ key features is its compliance with difficult to print on substrates. Styrofoam is notoriously difficult to print on due to its sensitivity to solvents: only a few small drops eat through the material. The BT series has been extensively tested to print on Styrofoam cups, the appearance is glossy and the ink dries quickly. The ink will not dissolve the substrate.
