VAM Art Inc. Organizes Convergence 2014 – an Exhibition of Modern and Contemporary Indian Art

VAM Art Inc. is organizing an Exhibition of modern and contemporary Indian Artists at Trivandrum, India. The show, titled Convergence-2014, includes the works of 30 prominent Indian artists that display different modes and styles of expressions. VAM Art Inc. is an Art promotion group, active in the field of global Fine Art promotion for the past seven years.

Metuchen, NJ, August 21, 2014 --(PR.com)-- VAM Art Inc. is organizing a group show (their 7th major event) of modern and contemporary Indian Artists at Trivandrum, India. This show, titled Convergence-2014, includes the works of 30 prominent Indian artists that display different modes and styles of expressions that occurred during the past 50 years. These styles vary in content, form and material application.

All the participating artists have their own personal record of awards, honours and national and international recognition. They are:

Convergence-2014 is scheduled at Lalith Kala Akademi Art Gallery at Vyloppally Samskriti Bhavan, Nanthencode, Trivandrum from August 20-29, 2014.

Hon. Minister for Cultural affairs, Government of Kerala - Shri K.C. Joseph has kindly consented to inaugurate the exhibition on 20th August, 2014 at 3.30 pm in presence of Shri Kanai Kunhiraman, Shri Lenin Rajendran, Shri NN Rimzon among many other distinguished guests from every walk of life.

This specific and latest chapter of their series of multi-layered shows featuring established as well as up and coming artists from all over India is aimed at disclosing the newest trends in art and aesthetics. By bringing about 30 well-known and upcoming artists together in this show, we intend to trace the evolution of Indian art through modernity to present, contemporary artistic expressions.

The exhibition will be open from 11 am – 7 pm till 29th August, 2014.
