Michelle holds a Bachelor Degree in Human Services from UW Oshkosh, and a Masters in Global Management and Leadership from Friends University, Wichita KS. Michelle holds professional certifications as a WELCOA Faculty Member, Worksite Wellness Program Manager, Stress and Weight Management Counselor, Motivational Interviewing, Ergonomic Evaluation Specialist, Health Coach, Fitness Specialist, and Lifestyle Manager.

Michelle Lytle will be joining Michele Blum and Jennifer Daniel on the topic “Enrollment Confusion: What are large employers doing to make the most of the benefits enrollment process?” This session is designed to provide a look back at what happened with annual enrollment for 2014 and what changes large employers are looking to incorporate for 2015 enrollment.
