SAPA Proposal Accepted for 2014 AAPS Hot Topic Session

Princeton, NJ, August 26, 2014 --(PR.com)-- The Sino-American Pharmaceutical Professionals Association (SAPA) has gained increasing recognition in mainstream pharmaceutical professional organizations. Recently SAPA submitted a proposal to American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS) Physical Pharmacy and Biopharmaceutics (PPB) Section for "Hot Topic" Session in 2014 AAPS Annual Conference to be held on November 2-6, 2014 in San Diego. The proposal, submitted by Dr. Handan He, SAPA immediate past President, with a focus on "Latest Clinical Pharmacology and Regulatory Requirements In China (CFDA) vs. the US (FDA)" was selected by the PPB Section to enter the final vote. Dr. Weiguo Dai, Chair-elect of AAPS/PPB Section, was one of the Annual Conference Organizing Committee Members and actively participated in the committee discussions. Among 31 proposals evaluated, SAPA's proposal is one of only 4 proposals that have been accepted into the AAPS Annual Conference Program Hot topic Session this year for its high quality and novel idea.

Congratulations to Handan and the SAPA team for great efforts in developing this excellent winning proposal. Special appreciations go to Weiguo and other AAPS Annual Conference Organizing Committee members for their great support. They look forward to more collaborations between SAPA and AAPS for years to come. Please visit www.sapaweb.org for more information about SAPA.
