Singapore Firm Held Groundbreaking of Its First Ever Space Experience Themed Hotel & Leisure Development on August 27 at Phuket Island, Thailand

Singapore, Singapore, September 05, 2014 --(PR.com)-- OPL Development Pte Ltd, a Singapore based company, held the groundbreaking ceremony last August 27, 2014 of The One Pioneer Space Station, the first ever Space Experience Theme Hotel & Leisure mixed use development in Phuket Island, Thailand.

Bound to be the latest iconic landmark in Phuket, The One Pioneer Space Station has been developed through the joint effort of OPL Development Pte Ltd and Khun Phuchin Saengfai, a Thai owner wherein they formed One Pioneer Group Co., Ltd in order to pave way for the development of the region’s first and only Space experience theme hotel and leisure mixed use development.

The groundbreaking ceremony has been attended by several esteemed guests, including the event’s guest of honor, Phuket Vice-Governor Dr Sommai Preechasilpa. Also present during this momentous occasion were several overseas guests from the countries of Malaysia, Singapore, Australia and Indonesia together with the local guests from Thailand.

The One Pioneer Space Station is not any ordinary establishment as this will give tourists the unique chance of experiencing Space travel without the need to leave the Earth. It will be the only icon architectural design hotel and leisure development in Phuket Island and the only mixed used development that has a space theme. This will also be the first every development with -20 degree Celsius ice planet that will give the tourists a one of a kind experience that they will surely treasure for the rest of their lives.

The One Pioneer Space Station is expected to have several types of accommodation for its guests, including Planet Space Cabins, Astronaut Space Cabins, Commander Space Cabins and Cosmos Space Cabins. There will also be a space for dining, shopping, wellness and bar stations inside to make the guests’ stay even more remarkable.
