Able Force Offers Immediate Employment Opportunities for Veterans to Help Veterans and Their Families

Able Force now seeks veterans and people with disabilities to apply for employment opportunities now open at multiple locations across the country.

Johnstown, PA, September 06, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Able Force, Inc., an employment placement organization that promotes, enhances and facilitates work opportunities for people with disabilities, including disabled veterans and wounded warriors, is announcing a new initiative that will increase employment of veterans, as well as others. Permanent full-time positions are now available in Johnstown, PA, Rancho Cordova, CA, and Hampton, VA.

“These help desk positions are open to everyone. We encourage all who are interested to immediately apply as we have a number of important jobs to fill,” said Richard Salem, Chairman and CEO of Able Force, a 501(c)4 nonprofit organization. “In addition, as an AbilityOne affiliate, Able Force takes special pride in working to improve the hiring of people with disabilities, including disabled veterans. As we have long promoted, hiring a person with a disability is not charity, it is good business.”

The AbilityOne program is a Federal initiative to help people with disabilities find employment. Able Force is among 600 nonprofit agencies in the AbilityOne network working with employers to identify candidates with skills and capabilities, helping those applicants achieve their maximum employment potential.

Under this latest Able Force initiative, call center workers will give guidance and assistance to military personnel, military retirees, and their families, providing the opportunity for veterans to help veterans. Several management positions are also available.
