)-- Season 5 of the award-winning culinary competition show All Mixed Up™ from the producers of Designing Spaces™ and hosted by celebrity chef Ralph Pagano brings a twist; the three competing aspiring chefs are all women. Make sure to tune in to the premiere on Wednesday, September 10 at 7:30 am (ET/PT) on Lifetime as the student chefs stir up creative cuisine with a product from Bubbies of San Francisco, Inc.
In this first episode, the chefs will find out which secret ingredient from the Bubbies “Pickled” product line will need to incorporate into their appetizer dish only moments before the appetizer competition begins. With the timer set for only 30 minutes, the race is on as the culinary students cook up three different original appetizers that they hope will impress the panel of judges.
Lending his culinary expertise is John Gray, President and CEO for Bubbies of San Francisco who will give insight into his company’s history before pulling his chair up to the judges’ table. Bubbies uses the fermentation process which delivers health benefits such as aiding digestion and helping one’s immune systems to work more effectively.
Besides having an all-female cast, Season 5’s All Mixed Up is full of other twists, including the surprises and challenges Chef Pagano throws their way while the aspiring chefs are trying to complete their dish in time to rack up the stars they need to win the appetizer round.
