The sponsorship helps with their research by actively promoting good science and providing some free training and high quality real-time PCR kits and reagents. Successful students are awarded a Primerdesign ‘Gold Student Sponsorship’ which includes over £3000 worth of reagents and products, as well as additional discounts and hands-on technical assistance and training from our experts.
Dr Jim Wicks, Managing Director of Primerdesign stated: “Primerdesign believes in helping future real-time PCR scientists generate the best possible data from their experiments. By supporting innovative students, we can showcase our products and help people achieve publication quality data. It’s a win-win which is why it has proven to be such a popular scheme over the last 9 years.”
