)-- Alternative Service Concepts (ASC), a Third Party Claims Administrator (TPA), announced the promotion of Ms. Patricia Piper to company regional claim manager. Formerly a senior claim adjuster, Ms. Piper will be responsible for managing multiple ASC claim offices and client relationships throughout Texas.
Pat brings more than 25 years of claims administration expertise beginning with the Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company, followed by positions at Home Insurance, CNA Insurance, Presbyterian Occupational Health Network and Standard Financial General Adjustment. Pat joined ASC in 2007 as a senior claims adjuster handling Texas and Oklahoma accounts.
