Schöppingen, United Kingdom, October 02, 2014 --(PR.com
)-- The company shopware AG, manufacturer of one of the most powerful and widely used eCommerce systems in Germany, wants to continue its international expansion. After entering the Netherlands at the start of the year, Shopware now looks to gain a further foothold in Great Britain.
The internationalisation of the company has been fully underway since the start of 2014. An English and Dutch version of the shop system already exists, along with complete online documentation. The Shopware Academy has been set up for training purposes, which offers workshops and webinars in English in order to instruct customers and partners on the optimum use of the software. Shopware already has eleven partner agencies in the Netherlands and a rapidly growing number of software users.
"The United Kingdom is one of the largest eCommerce markets in the world and is expected to grow by almost 20 percent in 2014. That's why we think the opportunities there for Shopware are huge," reports Wiljo Krechting, Media Spokesman of shopware AG. "We are working closely with different agencies to ensure the perfect preparation of the software to accommodate the needs of differing markets. This relates to both the language as well as legal and cultural factors," explains Krechting.
In addition to being one of the most successful shop solutions, shopware AG also runs the new "bepado" retailer network. In cooperation with the German retailers association, bepado is the third largest retail platform in Germany after ebay and Amazon.
