Scream Park California, Sacramento's Only "R" Rated Haunted Attraction, Open for Business

Sacramento, CA, October 09, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Scream Park California, the claimed ultimate Halloween event company, announced on Friday its plan to erect a new Halloween amusement park in Sacramento this October 2014. According to their website, Scream Park California combines all aspects of Halloween into one “ultimate event,” which includes numerous R-Rated haunted houses and live music concerts. Should the county of Sacramento approve the event, the event would attract up to 30,000 patrons and bring in up to 100 part-time jobs and an estimated 1,000 nights’ stays at Sacramento hotels, said Nathan Polanco, producer of Scream Park California.

Scream Park California will be open most nights in October, and some in November, starting on October 4th and ending on November 2nd, 2014. On the nights they are open, individuals can witness the horror from 7pm to late.

Named one of the top Halloween events in the nation by Haunted Attraction Magazine, Scream Park California features three haunted houses, live music concerts, food, drink, and live entertainment. And these haunted houses are definitely not for the weak of heart; they have been rated "R" by the company itself. Though there is no strict age restriction, according to Nathan Polanco, owner of Scream Park California, "Our haunts are just so intense that we don't advise anyone under 18 years old, pregnant women, or the elderly to come through." Some past events have featured 3D technology, others have been pitch dark, except for the light from a semi-functional flashlight. According to Polanco, "We like to keep it fresh, so each haunt is different, but we can guarantee that each and every one of our attractions will be the most jaw-droppingly horrifying haunted house you'll visit."
