Apex, NC, October 31, 2007 --(PR.com
)-- Wesley Phillips, president of Bryant-Phillips Associates, Inc., a Licensed General Contractor specializing in fire, water, and smoke damage restoration, has announced that the company has been contracted to provide fire damage restoration services for Whitley Memorial United Methodist Church in Smithfield, N.C. The church suffered severe damages to its sanctuary and offices after a fire ignited in April. Although the steeple and fellowship hall were untouched, the church will require extensive repairs, including a comprehensive restoration of the structure, as well as all ceilings, windows and flooring. To make the repairs, Bryant-Phillips will begin by removing the steeple to preserve its integrity, while the company makes repairs to the sanctuary.
“The Whitley Memorial United Methodist congregation has been an inspiration to the community in the midst of this tragedy,” said Phillips. “As they continue to hold service in the fellowship hall, we will work hard to restore and preserve the integrity of the church without interfering with church operations.”
