Tampa, FL, October 15, 2014 --(PR.com)-- ReEmployAbility, the largest national provider of specialty early Return-to-Work (RTW) services and transitional employment programs, announced today that, as part of its corporate growth initiative, the company has promoted Natalie Baughman as its new Account Executive – Midwest.

As Account Executive – Midwest, Baughman will represent the company’s Transition2Work ® Return-to-Work service and develop and manage client relationships in the Midwest U.S. region spanning Ohio, Michigan, Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, and Ohio. She will report to ReEmployAbility’s Vice President of Sales, Kelly Lawless.

“We are pleased to add Natalie to our marketing team,” said Kelly Lawless, VP of Sales, adding, “Her knowledge of our Transition2Work program based on her experience with our company in her previous role will be valuable to the clients she serves.” Baughman joined ReEmployAbility in January 2014 as a Transition2Work Placement Coordinator, where she was responsible for liaising with nonprofit agency partners to secure suitable transitional employment opportunities for injured workers referred to the program. Lawless continues, “We have so many wonderful clients in the Midwest region and adding an Account Executive who can focus specifically on their needs is a goal we are happy to have now achieved. Getting to know Natalie and her level of work as a current ReEmployAbility employee has helped confirm for us that she is a great addition to our team.”

Before joining ReEmployAbility, Baughman served as a consultant for a marketing research firm and her career background includes over 20 years of diverse experience in Human Resources, sales, administration, hospitality, and customer service.
