)-- Mikogo, global online meeting and screen sharing solution provider, recently introduced a new branded version of its session login integration code. This unique integration code allows Mikogo clients to embed a branded version of Mikogo’s Join Session form into their own website, matching the design perfectly and keeping participants on the client's website, rather than being redirected to the Mikogo website. The branded session login integration code is hosted directly on the client's website for their meeting participants to join from and participants are not required to download any software to join meetings.
Mikogo received a positive response when they first launched the session login integration code in 2013. However, public feedback showed that users felt that the system would offer even more value if participants could be contained on the host's website, rather than being directed to Mikogo.
In the previous version of the session login integration code, participants who join a session from a user's website are directed to the Mikogo website's Join Session page. At the end of a session, they are directed back to the Mikogo site. In contrast, however, participants who join a meeting via the new branded version of the Mikogo session login form will see just the meeting host’s website, with no reference to Mikogo or to the Mikogo website.
The new branded version of the Mikogo session login form is integrated within an IFrame, allowing font types, sizes and colors to be customized in order to match the clients’ corporate identity. Since the branded session login is responsive, all system messages will appear on the user’s site only. When the session ends, participants are redirected to any URL of the customer’s choice.
“Our development team will speak to each client on an individual basis to determine the exact branding and website requirements and ensure the design is customized to fit the client’s website,” explains Erik Boos, Mikogo’s Managing Director. “This allows clients to be involved directly with the branding of the login form on their sites and results in much greater flexibility in the final deliverables for the client.”
