“From The Rabbit Hole” is a product of BHiMG, a new independent record label based in New York. Curated over the time it spent looking for its first acts to sign, A&R Shane Galvin felt the Rabbit Hole acts on the compilation deserved increased listenership, even if the start-up label could not sign them all. Label president Dick Wingate and managing partners Christian Cedras and Krista Retto agreed, and the compilation was born! The label intends to create a “From The Rabbit Hole” compilation every year or so, featuring different cities’ underground acts that might be below the general industry radar, but whose music and maneuvers in their local scene prove they are the rising leader in their genre.
