Calabassas, CA, November 04, 2007 --(PR.com)-- California Waterscapes (http://www.californiawaterscapes.com) has donated the building a pond and stream at Camp Mount Crags, a camp and conference center owned and operated by the Salvation Army in Calabassas, on Saturday, November 3.

The 11 x 14 foot pond and 18 foot stream will decorate the camp, located at 26801 Dorothy Dr. in Calabassas. The Salvation Army has owned and operated the camp and retreat center since 1939. California Waterscapes is donating personnel to direct the building of the pond, and manufacturer Aquascapes Designs of Chicago (http://www.aquascapeinc.com/) is donating the pond building materials.

Terry Morrill, CEO of California Waterscapes, stated “We are pleased to be able to contribute the building of this pond and stream for Camp Mount Crags in Calabassas. Ponds and streams give one a sense of tranquility, peace and relaxation. We use a relatively new technology for building ponds, that allows us to create a water feature that is extremely natural looking, easy to maintain, ecologically balanced, chemical free, and safe for fish and other wildlife. Such ponds tend to attract wildlife such as birds, frogs, and dragonflies. This new type of crystal clear pond will be perfectly suited to the Camp Mount Crag environment.”

California Waterscapes has been designing and installing beautiful and biologically balanced ponds, streams and waterfalls in Southern California since 2001. The company is the largest installer of decorative water features in the U.S. Terry Morrill is also owner of the Pacific Outdoor Living Design Center, and of Pacific Pavingstone (http://www.pacificpavingstone.com), a designer and installer of paving stone driveways, patios, pool decks and walkways in Southern California since 1999. The company has twice been included on the Inc 500 list of fastest growing companies, and is included on the current Inc. 5000 list.
