The Enzyme Immunoassay VisuLizeTM FVII Antigen kit helps identify this vitamin K-dependent glycoprotein in human plasma samples using the double enzyme linked immune-sorbent assay (ELISA).In addition, the VisuLizeTM FVII Antigen kit includes several helpful features such as:

- Rapid sandwich ELISA to measure Factor VII antigen (FVII:Ag)
- Detection limit of <0.01 IU/mL (<1 %) FVII antigen.
- 2 hour total incubation time
- FVII:Ag reported as IU/ml traceable to ISTH SSC standard for FVII activity
- Includes normal and low control
- Intra-assay precision: 4.92 %.
