Edith is a technical supervisor for Qtech and makes her home in Annapolis Maryland. As a technical supervisor, Edith analyzes and diagnosis troubleshooting as well as project planning for production of desktops and laptops. She creates hardware by building the actual desktop and laptops. Edith is a Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) and a Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and is proud of the fact that she was self taught. Her personal specialty is in freelance technical support.
