dESCO, LLC Debuts Two New Native Apps with ESC Service Management Software Version 14 Release

ESC Mobile Updates:
ESC Mobile has been given a whole new look and purpose by splitting the once single app into two native apps. Completely redesigned specifically with the user in mind, each app offer more features, requires less connectivity, and a simplified interface. While all the functions users have come to love with ESC Mobile have remained intact, additional capabilities have also been added.

ESC Mobile Tech
· View customer history and account information without creating a dispatch

ESC Updates:
Enhancements to the ESC desktop solution, center around user feedback and other channels. ESC version 14 updates add new functionality, improve the user experience and improve service company performance.

· Expanded Barcode Scanning: Added the ability to scan barcodes in Enter Purchase Orders and Receive Items.
· Additional Purchase Order List Filter: Added an “Order Placed” filter to the Purchase Order List.
· Historical Receiving: Added a “History” button on the Enter Purchase Order screen that shows historical receiving.
· Additional Invoice List Filters: Added a “Post to External” filter to the Invoice List that allows you to filter by invoices that have posted to QuickBooks and a new “Tax” filter to Invoice list view.
· New Default List Views: Added new default list views including:
- “Service Locations” in customer lists.
- “Open Jobs by Supervisor” in job lists.
- “Completed Yesterday”, “Tomorrow’s Dispatches”, “Created Today”, “Uninvoiced” & “Unscheduled Service Agreements” in dispatch lists.
- “Agreements by Type” & “Expired” in agreement lists.
- “Unposted Invoices”, “Invoices on Hold” & “Monthly Sales by Department”
in invoice lists.
- “Pending Quotes” in quote lists.
- “Checks by Account” & “AP Bills by Account” in general journal lists.
· Receipt Signature Line: Added a signature line to the bottom of the receipt that’s printed out of the Tender screen in Sales Invoicing.
· Expandable Order Parts Columns: The columns in Order Parts are now expandable and it also saves the configuration when you exit the screen.
· Invoice Days Delinquent: Enter any amount of days for an invoice to be marked delinquent in system setup.
· Caller ID Search Improved: Search alternate caller ID phone numbers in customer records.
· Fleetmatics REVEAL+ Integration: Seamlessly integrate ESC with Fleetmatics REVEAL+ GPS vehicle tracking.

ESC Accounting Updates:
Built specifically for service companies, ESC Accounting is the single source solution that offers better financial control, security and reporting requested by the industry. Version 14 improvements include many new capabilities that expand a user's ability to access and analyze financial data.

· Electronic W-2 Filing: Electronically file W-2’s directly to Social Security Administration.
· Expanded 1099 Reporting: Report various types of income, control which vendor payments report on the 1099 by general ledger account and added a new 1099 report and easily print 1096 forms.
· New Column Sorting: Added column sorting to the Make Deposit screen.
· Additional General Journal List Filter: Added the ability to filter by the “Reference” field on the General Journal List.
· Additional Job Report Filters: Added “Start date” and “Projected end date” filters to all of the job reports (excluding Job Labor Report).
· Additional Income Statement Report Filter: Added an “Include Calculated Overhead” filter to the Income Statement reports.
· Additional Balance Sheet Filter: Added a Through Period filter to the Balance Sheet 2 and 5 Year Comparison reports.
· Redesigned Job Costing Report: Completely redesign Job Costing report, added a job over/under report and added summary and detail versions of the new job report as well as over/under report.
