New Show Access Health® to Feature Hardy Nutritionals® on Premiere Airing on Wednesday, November 26 on Lifetime®

Access Health, a magazine-style series, will educate and entertain as it tackles the important fitness, medical and nutrition topics of the day with host Ereka Vetrini and a passionate team of experts; David Hardy, founder of Hardy Nutritionals® and Dr. Charles Popper, a Harvard Medical School psychiatrist, will discuss new hope for those suffering from mood disorders.

Pompano Beach, FL, November 23, 2014 --( Access Health®, a new magazine-style health and wellness series, will feature Hardy Nutritionals® on its debut episode “Mind Over Matter” on Wednesday, November 26 at 7:30 a.m. (ET/PT) on Lifetime to discuss how nutrition can reverse mood disorders naturally. This show will re-air on Wednesday, December 3, 2014 at 7:30 am (ET/PT) on Lifetime.

Their premiere Access Health episode, “Mind Over Matter,” will explore the connection between brain and body. Nutritionist Janet Zappala and guest expert David Hardy, founder of Hardy Nutritionals®, will talk about the critical link between nutrition and mental health.

Viewers will hear Hardy’s personal story about dealing with loved ones with mental disorders, and Dr. Popper, a Harvard Medical School psychiatrist, will join the show to comment on groundbreaking nutrition-mental health research and his clinical experience with Hardy’s specialized vitamins and minerals.
