HR Technology Advisors Integrates Microsoft CRM with ADP Workforce Now, bswift, and SuiteHR

Expands Consumer Centric Service Platform Capability for Benefits Brokers

Wrentham, MA, December 04, 2014 --(PR.com)-- HR Technology Advisors (HRT) has taken the next steps in enabling benefits brokers to efficiently deliver a “consumer centric” model where service is provided directly to employees reducing an employer’s cost to manage benefits while improving an employee’s understanding and satisfaction with their benefits. The integration of HRT’s Microsoft Dynamics CRM Benefits Agency Management System with market leading HR and benefits technology platforms from ADP, bswift, and SuiteHR connects the web and mobile technologies that employees use to enroll in benefits with a real-time service platform that brokers use to manage their operations. Benefits brokers can now provide services, such as an employee call center and real-time online chat, to automate the delivery of information to employees via text, email, or a portal using the Microsoft workflow engine.

“The market is clearly trending to more employee choice in health care,” says Ben Markland, VP of CRM Products for HR Technology Advisors. “We believe benefits brokers that provide employee direct services will need to do so efficiently while properly documenting employee interactions and providing valuable reporting for employers.”

HRT chose to integrate with ADP and bswift first because these firms are two of the top benefits enrollment systems in the market according to HRT’s 2014 HR, Benefits and Payroll Technology Survey. The SuiteHR system is a new-to-market solution that is rapidly gaining market acceptance from benefits brokers across the United States. Other benefits enrollment/HR system integrations will follow.

The Microsoft CRM expanded services platform enables benefits brokers to provide employees with a more interactive experience. Call center capabilities will automatically pull up an employee record from an incoming call, save chat correspondence, and automate the resolution response even as a text message. For the employer, the broker will be able to provide reporting on key metrics, improve employee satisfaction levels with their benefits, and significantly reduce an employer’s time in managing their benefits.
