East-West Named College with Second Lowest Student Loan Debt Per Graduate in America
The November 2014 Report of The Project on Student Debt named East-West University the second best university in America for low student debt after graduation. With an average student debt after graduation of $4,100, behind only The City University of New York’s York College, East-West University is the only Illinois college to appear on the list.
The Project on Student Debt is an initiative of The Institute for College Access & Success (TICAS) based in Oakland, California. The Project on Student Debt is a nonprofit organization focused on research and policy work. Their website was named one of the ten best college websites by U.S. News & World Report.
With the lowest tuition of any private university in Illinois, East-West University is able to graduate students well prepared for the workforce and unburdened by excessive debt.
