Hypnosis and the Great American Smoke-Out

Chicago, IL, November 09, 2007 --(PR.com)-- Positive Changes Hypnosis Center Chicago has been invited by the American Cancer Society, North Shore Region to help Lifesource Blood Service employees kick the smoking habit on November 15, 2007 as part of The Great American Smoke-Out.

Positive Changes Chicago co-owner Karen Hand will discuss Smoking Cessation and Smoke-Free Illinois with several dozen employees over their lunch break. Hand says “I plan to treat them to a very relaxing hypnosis session and offer information on several easy ways to quit smoking once and for all.”

The program will include information on Smoke-Free Illinois, as well as examples of how hypnosis can bridge the gap between wanting to quit and actually kicking the habit. Ms. Hand is also certified in the Emotional Freedom Technique and will teach participants a way to “tap” away their cravings painlessly. “At Positive Changes Hypnosis, most of our clients quit smoking after their very first session and we equip them with the tools necessary to make that change last a lifetime,” Hand said.

Mark Beaubian with Lifesource said, “I don’t even smoke, but I plan to attend just for the hypnosis. I can always use some stress reduction.”

Positive Changes Hypnosis Chicago helps clients quit smoking, lose weight, reduce stress and anxiety, manage pain and symptoms of Fibromyalgia or IBS, eliminate phobias, and improve public speaking.

Positive Changes Hypnosis Chicago offers one-on-one attention to all clients at the center, but also offers group rates and events to corporations seeking healthy living habits and lower insurance costs for employees.
