New Maths and English Courses in the Community

Oswestry, United Kingdom, December 24, 2014 --(PR.com)-- There will be new free maths and English courses starting at Walford and North Shropshire College (WNSC), the courses will be open to anyone over the age of 19 and will be delivered by Ray Barlow. Ray is very experienced in the delivery of Maths and English, having spent 19 years as a lecturer at WNSC he will be delivering these new courses at the Qube in Oswestry, the St. Martins Centre in St. Martins, the Beechtree Community Centre in Whitchurch, Wem Library and Learning Centre and WNSC’s Oswestry Campus.

The new classes held once a week at each of these venues are aimed at adults, parents helping children to read or with homework and helping people get qualified, Ray is also qualified to teach people with dyslexia. Ray Barlow, course tutor, comments, "These courses are open to anyone over 19 who need Level 2 maths and English. There is nothing to be afraid of, we will be focusing on Functional skills to get through life and we will not be studying Algebra or Geometry."
