WNSC Welcomes New Arrivals

Oswestry, United Kingdom, December 24, 2014 --(PR.com)-- Staff and students at Walford and North Shropshire College’s (WNSC) Walford Campus have recently welcomed two new arrivals; staff were pleasantly surprised to discover one of the Meerkats had given birth to a litter of pups. The Meerkat was brought from the Wildlife for All Trust earlier this year to create a new breeding pair, it had one pup named Oleg and now has had this surprise pair who have yet to be named.

Sam Cank, Animal Care Technician commented, "Wwe were all really shocked when we realised there were two baby meerkats, it’s fantastic that this is the second time the female has had pups. What a lovely early Christmas present!"

Animal Care is a very popular course at WNSC’s Walford Campus, to apply please visit www.wnsc.ac.uk or call the Admissions Department on 01691 688080.
