As a next step in its business development SCA’s Russian branch (SCA Hygiene Products Russia, referred to below as – SCA Russia) approached Soloten with a request to develop an e-learning system that would allow both their employees and their partners’ employees to learn retail outlets product display. A new system consisting of several courses, a corporate portal and a mobile app was designed and delivered in a matter of few months. You can share information about a new product with all your employees within hours and regardless of their location. You can come in the market before your competitors do and with the persistent problem of remote employees’ loyalty solved. It was really exciting to work on this project. We were able to make it mostly due to our experience in managing big projects and thanks to efforts of our PMP certified managers.”
“I would like to thank all of the contractors for their productive and cooperative performance on this e-learning tool implementation for SCA employees and merchandise agencies field workers. It’s been a challenging but interesting journey. It was our first experience working on this kind of projects, but according to our sales team feedback during the trial run and productive operation feedback, this tool will be of great use for us, we are happy with the first results,” said Vladimir Sirotin, SCA’s Strategy and Sales Executive Director, in appraisal of contractors’ work.
