Houston-Based Women's Retail and Consignment Fashion Site, Supporting Small Business, Launches February 2015

Women's fashion website, Mulberry Muse, featuring new and consigned luxury and designer fashion set to launch in February 2015.

Houston, TX, January 23, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Mulberry Muse is a website created to provide new and high quality consigned women’s fashion at a deeply discounted price. Through the boutique and designer buyout system, the site supports small businesses by exposing them to a market share beyond the reach of their brick and mortar storefronts. The site provides access to an eclectic collection of hard-to-find and sold out women's apparel, jewelry, shoes and accessories curated via upscale boutiques and Black Tie Service consignors across the United States.

Boutiques, designers and consignors will have a way to recoup costs associated with unwanted or overstock items, while offering a convenient, environmentally friendly and cost-conscious alternative for disposal of these items. Along with Buyer tour dates, the personalized Black Tie Service offers clients with high quality designer and luxury merchandise a way to turn their unwanted items into cash or credit on the site. Two options will be provided. Clients that are located within a 40 mile radius of area code 77027 or near a Buyer’s tour stop will have a local pick-up or appraisal option. Appointments may be made with a Buyer to appraise items to consign or purchase outright. Those outside of the 40 mile radius and across the United States will have the option to ship items to the warehouse for appraisal. Consigned items are professionally photographed and listed in-house and remain on the site for a period of 90 days. Tour dates are posted on the site calendar and advance appointments for consignment or boutique buyouts will be required.

The primary purpose of the site is for fashion retail, but provides valuable information such as professional styling tips, fashion features and interviews with influential people in the various market areas. Invitations to shop the site early during the beta test phase will go out to a select group of subscribers in January, with the first phase launch occurring in February 2015.
