New Options for Budding Footballers at WNSC

Oswestry, United Kingdom, February 07, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Walford and North Shropshire College (WNSC) is launching a new programme for aspiring footballers who want to study A Levels alongside the highly successful TNS Scholarship Programme. Head of A Levels Sara Shelston commented "We can offer a comprehensive range of A Level subjects to ambitious footballers, including subjects which complement their interest in sport such as Biology; Psychology and PE as well as traditional subjects such as English and History. We anticipate that students will study three A Levels alongside their TNS training, alternatively they may want to choose to study BTEC Sport as a vocational alternative to A Levels."

WNSC A Level and BTEC routes are ideal ways for budding footballers to continue their education, potential applicants may be already in the TNS under 16's academy or playing for local clubs. Candidates may need to pass a trial to gain entry to the Scholarship Programme.
