)-- CEO Ole Michael Walden Oldohoj and CTO Bo Bruno Møller Nielsen share their holistic approach on producing the best offshore software development team in Asia.
“With our knowledge and expertise in software development, we aim to put them to good use not just for the growth of our business but also for the locals of places where we plan to set up office bases in. We want to be part of the enablers in expanding talented and skilled developers in Asia. Though we have carefully weighed in the risks that come with our expansion pursuits, we recognize the long-term rewards as well,” said Boolex CEO Ole Michael Walden Oldohoj.
Originally from Copenhagen Denmark, the dynamic duo intends to promote Boolex.com’s core values and principles centered on agility. To achieve a global presence, they recognize the key to any self-sufficient software development environment is by gaining access to local talents and nurturing motivated and result-driven teams. They started by setting up shop in Hong Kong early last year and recently expanded it’s software development division to the Philippines.
The company’s target this year is to set up development teams in at least 2 or more strategic locations in Southeast Asia. They’re looking at tapping into Indonesia, Malaysia and Thailand for their upcoming projects.
Bo and Ole have worked together in various high-level projects focusing mostly on financial institutions. They’ve collaborated with software giants spearheading backend and frontend development projects for Financys, Schantz and Telenor to name a few.
