Columbus Fitness Center Finalist to Compete for New Year New You 21-Day NATIONAL Detox Challenge Grand Prize

Improvement Warrior Fitness is Proud to Announce Melissa Milen as Their 2015 New Year New You 21-Day NATIONAL Detox Challenge Local Winner and National Competition Finalist

Columbus, OH, February 15, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Jason Yun, owner of Improvement Warrior Fitness, is proud and excited to announce their local winner and national finalist in the 2015 New Year New You 21-Day NATIONAL Detox Challenge. The 21-Day Challenge is a cooperative effort of a group of top fitness coaches from around the country who want to make America strong, slim and sexy in 2015.

The 21-Day Detox Challenge was originally created by husband and wife team, Justin and Janell Yule, owners of Chanhassen Fitness Revolution in Chanhassen, MN. They’ve personally coached over 2000 people through the program and the results have been nothing short of shocking. “Besides weight loss ranging from 7 - 21 pounds and multiple clothing sizes being lost, we’ve seen quality of life improvements like better sleep, elimination of hot flashes, people getting off medication, reduced acne, more energy, better moods, and so much more,” says Janell Yule, author of the 21-Day Detox Challenge and Chief Nutrition Officer of Chanhassen Fitness Revolution. “The results and successes in this edition of the 21-Day Detox Challenge were no different. In fact, with so many participants around the country they were better than ever!”

During the course of the 21 days, Milen lost 14.6 pounds. "The 21 Day Sugar Detox has taught me discipline I wasn’t aware I had. I’ve begun looking at every food label, preparing most of my meals and planning ahead. I’ve been sitting down at a table to eat my meals and not taking them in the car or on the run. I’m participating in mindful eating," said Milen.

Besides the incredible results and lifestyle changes, Milen won a $210 gift card from Improvement Warrior Fitness.

“I am so happy for and proud of Melissa for her dedicated effort during the 2015 New Year New You 21-Day NATIONAL Detox Challenge,” commented Yun.“Transitioning to whole, real foods is one of the absolute best things you can do for you body and health. We live in a processed world where everybody wants everything super fast and super easy; well your body is the most complex ‘machines’ in the world, scientists don’t even completely understand it, but I know if you fuel it with junk you get junk results, if you fuel it with super fuel you get super results and a super life.”

About Business Name:
Improvement Warrior Fitness is group personal training. Group training has gotten so un-personal over the years, treating people like numbers. At IWF we are putting the PERSONAL back into group training. We are results oriented training program, so our focus is getting our client results. We do this through the training sessions that we provide (nobody just works out or exercises in our program- there is a purpose for each and every time our clients step through the door), the nutrition, the goal setting, the fat loss contests, the walls of fame, the weight loss clubs, and by using the FitRanX Fitness Ranking System.
