)-- Alternative Service Concepts (ASC), a national Third Party Claims Administrator (TPA), announced the promotion of Ms. Tracy Petty to company Assistant Vice President. Promoted from Director of Injury Management, Ms. Petty will be responsible for managing multiple ASC claim offices and driving quality and performance through best claim practices. She will report to COO Sharon Prosser and will be based in Nashville, TN.
Ms. Petty offers 28 years of claims risk management experience working for Royal & SunAlliance Insurance, Nissan North America, Inc. and the Virginia Insurance Reciprocal serving in positions such as claim adjuster and claim manager. Tracy joined ASC in 2003.
