NUMERIS joins the Mystery Shopping Association of Europe in a bid to help businesses evaluate and improve customer experience across service channels.

Lagos, Nigeria, March 06, 2015 --( NUMERIS - a regional consumer research specialist for the West African region - has been selected to join the Mystery Shopping Providers Association (MSPA) of Europe.

Says Anne Agbakoba, Chief Research Officer of NUMERIS: "We are delighted to qualify as a certified member of an Association as reputable and dynamic as the MSPA, which is the largest professional trade body worldwide, dedicated to improving service quality using anonymous resources."

"Like the over-400 worldwide members of the MSPA, NUMERIS is excited to work with companies big and small to establish simple mechanisms that measure and improve the customer experience," added Ms. Agbakoba.

Independent mystery shopping research done by NUMERIS on the banking, finance, insurance, and general retail sectors already shows that many organisations require a revamp of their customer service standards. Public reactions to the research also indicate that a large majority of consumers stay loyal to companies that provide excellent customer service.

Using pre-recruited and qualified agents, NUMERIS helps companies anonymously assess the real experiences of their customers as they use various channels (telephone, email, and on-site).
