Fariba Soltani SS15 Scarves Collection, the Salda, Unveiled

London based designer, Fariba Soltani unveiled her collection of luxury scarves for Spring/Summer 2015. The collection entitled The Salda continues to explore the elements of nature in design, in an abstract and geometric manner.

London, United Kingdom, March 08, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Fariba studied the cast of natural light on colourful Onyx stone in their original quarry environment, and when the stone is processed and polished to reveal its inner beauty. Hence Fariba chose the name Salda for this collection which in Persian means land of mountains. All the scarves in the Salda collection bear the name of a mountain in Iran. The new collection consists of five distinctive designs, illustrating abstract geometric proportion in muted colours rendered in modal and modal blends.

“We pride ourselves to create timeless design that responds to the theme that intrigues us and lead us to a journey of discovery, and that is the DNA of our brand,” remarks the designer Fariba Soltani.

Fariba Soltani is an eponymous label dedicating to creating luxury scarves in unique signature prints. Fariba moved from her home country of Iran to study in London. After graduating from Kingston University in Interior Architecture she started her career with renowned architect firm Foster & Partners and design studio Fox Linton prior to establishing her own label in 2014 to develop a diverse range of design related projects, expressing her style accompanied with the use of high quality materials and supreme Italian manufacturing.
