College Park, GA, March 19, 2015 --(PR.com)-- IP UtiliNET, a next-generation technology firm offering site solutions in 145 countries, announced today it has installed its digital signage product at McClarin High School in College Park. The digital signage solution offers an easy-to-use web-based software interface, enabling administrators to make real-time changes to messaging and graphics.

Three digital signs have been installed in the high school’s main office, cafeteria and counseling center, officials said.

“In today’s digital age, students are more likely to process information quickly if it’s projected over a TV or computer screen. At McClarin High School, we believe innovation – whether it’s through the implementation of new processes or programs – it’s an important key to the overall success of students. Furthermore, use of the new system has improved communications by enabling our school administrators to provide up-to-the-minute information and announcements to students, teachers and staff more quickly and efficiently than we have been able to in the past,” said McClarin Principal Charles W. Gardner.

IP UtiliNET’s digital signage product is available as a stand-alone solution or as part of an overall automation system. IP UtiliNET specializes in systems integration, which enables management, monitoring, operation and mobile control of LANvisn® integrated multi-service networks and DSIMpower® Hybrid Energy solutions on the UtiliWERX® console.

“Systems automation is the next step in driving down operational costs. The UtiliWERX® console provides 24x7 availability from a smart phone, tablet or computer to control facility access, lighting, heating and air conditioning. In addition, customers can remotely access security settings including video cameras and lighting to provide incident responders with a clear picture of what is taking place inside the facility at any given moment,” said David Quinn, CEO of IP UtiliNET. “We are pleased that McClarin High School administrators are benefitting from our digital signage solution, which is also being used in a College Park restaurant to provide IP-based TV programming and updated menu listings.”
