From a customer’s perspective, the service is completed in less than 30 seconds; they simply go online, create a profile, and place their order with the click of a button. Customers then leave their laundry or dry cleaning with their concierge and Simply Laundry handles the rest. After the clothes are professionally cleaned, they are left with the concierge for pick up at the customer’s convenience. Clothes are returned to the customer in a reusable, eco-friendly bag and payment is processed automatically through a secure partner.
