2015 Primal Colorado Bike Expo

Denver, CO, April 05, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Kicking Off the Cycling Season; A Celebration of Bikes & Community

Colorado Bike Expo, LLC is pleased to announce the first ever Primal Colorado Bike Expo on Saturday, April 25 from 10:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Colorado Convention Center. The Expo will feature exciting booths from over 75 bike vendors from across the state; presenting the latest gear, trends and lifestyle in the biking community.

Billed as the official kick off to the cycling season, this celebration of bikes and community, will pair industry professionals, recreational riders, cycling enthusiasts, roadies, mountain bikers and utilitarian’s with the latest products, consumer trends, clearance deals, organized rides, races, bicycling clubs, advocacy groups and cycling destinations.

“Cycling and the State of Colorado have a long history that combines competition, industry, recreation, and community,” said Dave Edwards, President of Primal. “The Colorado Bike Expo is the next natural progression for our community and the incredible bicycling economy that we are privileged to contribute to. We believe that this event will quickly reach the prominence of the Ski & Snowboard Expo.”

It’s more than a consumer show

In addition to an incredible expo experience; the day’s events will entail fun and engaging activities for adults and kids alike; to include an incredible line-up of guest speakers, adult big wheel races, learn to ride program for children 10 and under, “bicycling themed” Sipping and Painting classes, Wish for Wheels’ bike build, fix-a-flat competitions, beer garden and food court, as well as a kids zone complete with a Strider course and arts & crafts. Project Recycle will also host a bicycle drop-off where attendees are encouraged to donate their gently used bikes that will be refurbished and provided to children in need.

 Cruisin’ Colorado – Sharing the Bike Love

The event will also feature four Colorado-based bands in Two Tone Wolf Pack, Bison Bone, HR People and Rob Drabkin.


Tickets to benefit bicycling nonprofits

A portion of ticket proceeds will go to support Cycling with a Cause nonprofits and Bicycling Advocacy organizations. Beneficiaries include BikeDenver, Davis Phinney Foundation, Project Recycle, Trips for Kids and Healthier Colorado.
