)-- Pantonium is pleased to announce the addition of new operations support in the form of Colin Munn, a recent business graduate with a keen eye toward software and technology development. Munn’s position will entail assisting with daily operations tasks, including helping to onboard new customers, working on customer operations processes, data reporting, customer support, and more.
Munn’s role is designed to help current Pantonium customers navigate their way through learning vehicle fleet management software and getting the most out of their transportation businesses. As Pantonium broadens market focus to include fleet management software for community and public transit, the introduction of Munn will help to ensure operations are running optimally at all times.
Munn recently graduated from Trent University in Peterborough, ON with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is working closely with operations executive Don Weaver to seamlessly ease new customers into using Pantonium’s software systems. Munn states: “I am excited to be joining a company so passionate about changing how transportation can work for people.” Adds Weaver: “Colin shows a lot of promise in his understanding of complex software systems; as well, his natural business acumen is a tremendous resource.
