Toll Brothers Marks Opening of Trilby Road with Ribbon-Cutting

New east-west access road will alleviate traffic for Kechter Farm, adjacent neighborhoods.

Fort Collins, CO, May 03, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Members of the Kechter family, Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce, adjacent communities and schools braved a cool, wet morning as Toll Brothers officially opened Trilby Road on April 17. The newly-constructed access road connects Ziegler and Timberline Roads in southeast Fort Collins and will alleviate traffic for residents of the Kechter Farm community being built by Toll Brothers as well as the adjacent communities.

Toll Brothers at Kechter Farm plans to have a grand opening of its three model homes and community clubhouse in early summer.

Toll Brothers purchased the property from Ken and JoAn Kechter, who attended the ceremony with their niece and nephew Kathy and Ron Kechter. The homebuilder opened for sales in November and recently released new home sites in its second of four planned home collections, The Preserve at Kechter Farm.

“We’ve had a fantastic response to our homes and home sites,” says Mitch Weiner, sales manager. “Buyers realize the great value they are getting with our homes. Prospective buyers should call us at 970-221-2227 or visit KechterFarm.com to get on our VIP information list.”

Kechter Farm in Fort Collins is a master planned community of 415 home sites with picturesque mountain views, and is the only new construction master planned community in southeast Fort Collins. Adjacent to the Fossil Creek Reservoir and bird sanctuary, Kechter Farm will have exceptional amenities that will include a resort-style pool, spa and 6,500-sq.ft clubhouse with fitness center, event areas and a number of outdoor amenities. The community will also have abundant open space, a playground, and miles of walking and biking trails.

Expansive home sites in The Preserve and The Estates range from 9,000 to 19,000 square feet and many back to open space. Buyers can choose one- or two-story home designs, ranging in size from 2,400 to more than 4,300 square feet, all of which can be personalized with hundreds of options.

Kechter Farm is located south of Harmony Road and west of I-25, less than one mile from shopping and restaurants along the Harmony Corridor and only 10 minutes from downtown Fort Collins. Children in the community may attend schools in the highly-regarded Poudre School District. Home prices range from the upper $500,000s to more than $1 million.
