Fort Collins, CO, May 03, 2015 --(PR.com
)-- Members of the Kechter family, Fort Collins Chamber of Commerce, adjacent communities and schools braved a cool, wet morning as Toll Brothers officially opened Trilby Road on April 17. The newly-constructed access road connects Ziegler and Timberline Roads in southeast Fort Collins and will alleviate traffic for residents of the Kechter Farm community being built by Toll Brothers as well as the adjacent communities.
Toll Brothers at Kechter Farm plans to have a grand opening of its three model homes and community clubhouse in early summer.
Toll Brothers purchased the property from Ken and JoAn Kechter, who attended the ceremony with their niece and nephew Kathy and Ron Kechter. The homebuilder opened for sales in November and recently released new home sites in its second of four planned home collections, The Preserve at Kechter Farm.
“We’ve had a fantastic response to our homes and home sites,” says Mitch Weiner, sales manager. “Buyers realize the great value they are getting with our homes. Prospective buyers should call us at 970-221-2227 or visit KechterFarm.com to get on our VIP information list.”
