Modelling Awards (Afro Model Awards): Nominations Announced

The nominees for the 4th Annual Afro Model Awards 2015 have been announced.

London, United Kingdom, May 18, 2015 --(PR.com)-- The organising committee has announced the nominations for her annual fashion and style awards ceremony that reward the contributions of individuals and organisations, towards the growth, development and empowerment of fashion and style.

This years categories includes all the usual fashion and style awards categories like; Best Newcomer Designer, Best Personality, Most Beautiful Model, Best Model Magazine, Best Fashion Event, Best Designer, Best Triple Threat, Best Legs, Best Model Agency, Best Casting Site, Best Accessories Designer etc, as well as her unique categories like; Best Behind and Best Chest.

The previous last two years Afro Model Awards Best Behind award category has been won by Amazing GraceX, a UK urban model and Sultry Simone, the star of “Bubble Butt” and “Twerk It” music video, by Busta Rhymes featuring Nicki Minaj.

Face4Music Model Agency was nominated for the Best Model Agency in a category that has other strong contenders like; Face of Belleza and Leo Model Management.

The Best Fashion Magazine nominees were; Black Beauty Magazine, Voice Online and AfroNoire Magazine.

Londonfashionnews.com, ButterflyModels.co.uk and TeeAlimodels Blog were all nominated for Best Fashion Site.

Last years award for Best Photographer was won by Fabpix Photography, but he was not nominated this year. This year’s Best Photographer nominees were; Courtney Francis, Ashley Verse and Gidi Vibes.

This year’s Afro Model Awards ceremony will be hosted by Ashley Inkz, the controversial WWE ring invader. There will also be a live musical performance from Rough Copy from X Factor and Braintear Spookie.

According to the organising committee spokesmen, James Jegede aka Front ‘N’ Back and DJ SoGood, in a joint statement, they stated that “there will be celebrity appearances and top fashion and style professionals in attendance.”

The awards ceremony and after party will be held at Crown Moran Hotel, 142-152 Cricklewood Broadway, London United Kingdom, on Sunday, 24th May 2015, starting by 5 pm.
