NSC Walford Equine Students Take Part in Inter-College Competition

Oswestry, United Kingdom, May 30, 2015 --(PR.com)-- Level 3 Horse Management students from North Shropshire College’s (NSC) Walford Campus recently took part in an inter-college competition hosted by South Staffordshire College, hosted at their Rodbaston Campus. The competition assessed the students’ horse riding skills and knowledge of horses. The students had to ride horses provided by Rodbaston with just fifteen minutes to warm up, the competition was fierce but the Walford students did the College proud with several individual placings.

Sam Finney, Horse Management lecturer, commented on the day’s events, saying, "It was a wonderful experience for our students and a fun day out."
