)-- Today, bestselling indie author Melissa Foster announced the winners of the fourth annual IndieReader Discovery Awards (IRDAs) at BookExpo America (BEA), a major trade show in New York City. Questioning Protocol by Randi Redmond Oster won in the Health category.
